Sean was born on July 20, 1979 to Bruce and Patricia Bourgeois in Houston, Texas. He had two sisters, Larisa and Nicole.
As a child, Sean loved math, soccer, swimming, running, and sports of all kinds, especially football. Sean attended Jersey Village High School, where he played the tuba, and graduated with honors in 1997.
He then attended the University of Texas at Austin as a chemical engineering major. He was a wholehearted and passionate Longhorn. He joined the Longhorn Hellraisers spirit organization and traveled the country to show support for his team. He eventually became the "S" in Texas, and was known for painting his face and body in a spider web pattern.
Sean died October 11, 2003 in a tragic car accident.
Sean lived and loved life for 24 years, 2 months, and 21 days.
